Shipping & Orders

When can I expect my order?

Our goal is to get you painting as quickly as possible! All orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info so you can check on your delivery status. Please estimate roughly 5-7 business days for your order to arrive within Canada.

For any international orders, please estimate 10-14 business days.

If you believe your order is missing or you have used the wrong address, please contact us at, sales@envirobrush.com with your order number and shipping information and we will help you track your shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free when you order an Enviro Brush Set! (Canada only)

*Note we ship brush sets as individual items in one parcel to save on freight*

For Canadian orders:

  • $5 Shipping (for orders under $21.99, non-tracked)
  • $10 Standard (5-7 business days, tracked)
  • $20 Express (2-3 business days, tracked)
  • Free Shipping over $99.99

For U.S. Orders:

  • $10-$20 USD
  • Free Shipping over $99.99

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at sales@envirobrush.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order.

Our fulfillment center process orders quickly, but we will do our best to process your request.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping notification email or text with a tracking number (only if you order shipping with tracking).

Click the link to that tracking number, and you will be able to see the status of your order and an estimated arrival time.

Where can I buy Enviro Brush products?

All of our products are available on our website.

Enviro Brush Sets are now available in Canadian Tire stores across Canada. Find them in-store here 🇨🇦

We are also in select Benjamin Moore, Home Hardware, and Ace Hardware locations. Contact your local store for availability.

What brush sizes are available?

The Pro Brush Line comes in three sizes:

  • 2.50"
  • 1.75"
  • 1.20"

The Smart Brush DIY Line comes in one size:

  • 2.00"

What is the difference between the Pro Brush and Smart Brush?

The Pro Brush is our professional paintbrush line (however, DIYers love it) and features a weightier design, bulkier feel and rubber handle.

If you paint professionally, like a fluted handle, and enjoy a heavy brush, the Pro Brush is for you.

The Smart Brush is our DIY paintbrush and features a lightweight design, smaller feel and recyclable handle.

If you are a DIYer or homeowner, need a brush for touch-ups and want something simple, the Smart Brush is for you.

Will you have other paintbrush sizes?

Yes! We have hopes to grow both the Smart Brush and Pro Brush line.

Next up for us is a 3.00" inch Enviro Brush.

How do I change the bristles?

We made it very simple to swap bristles.

With the Pro Brush:

  1. Press and hold the black button on the front of the brush.
  2. Grip the base of the bristle refill and pull it from the handle to remove it.
  3. Insert a new bristle refill into the handle with the arrows pointed towards you.

With the Smart Brush:

  1. Press and hold the buttons on the sides of the brush.
  2. Grip the base of the bristle refill and pull it from the handle to remove it.
  3. Insert a new bristle refill into the handle. It will click when inserted correctly.

What paints are compatible with Enviro Brush

Our paintbrushes are compatible with water-based and latex-based paints and primers.

Not compatible with oil-based paints and primers.

Sustainability

What makes Enviro Brush eco-friendly?

Enviro Brush is designed with sustainability at its core. Unlike traditional paintbrushes that are thrown away once worn out, our brush features a durable, reusable handle paired with replaceable bristle refills. This means you only swap out the part that wears down—significantly reducing plastic waste over time.

Our refills use less material than full brushes, lowering environmental impact without compromising on performance. By extending the life of each brush and cutting down on unnecessary waste, Enviro Brush helps painters of all levels reduce their footprint—one project at a time.

Why did you choose plastic?

We chose plastic—specifically #5 polypropylene—because it’s durable, non-toxic, and can be recycled in many areas. Unlike single-use plastic brushes that end up in landfills after a few uses, the Enviro Brush handle is built to last and be reused for years. This drastically reduces overall waste.

Polypropylene is a safe, stable material commonly used in food containers and medical products. It doesn’t leach harmful chemicals in solid form, making it a non-toxic and reliable choice for everyday use.

While #5 plastic isn’t accepted by every curbside recycling program, it can be recycled through many local facilities and specialty programs. More importantly, by making the handle reusable and only replacing the bristle refill, we reduce how much plastic gets discarded in the first place.

If you need to recycle a damaged handle, contact us at sales@envirobrush.com and we will help with discarding.

PLEASE DO NOT put your Enviro Brush paintbrush or bristle refills into your recycling bins.

What environmental groups are you a part of?

We recently partnered with Final Strike Collaborative, a non-profit leading the charge toward sustainability in the entertainment industry.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If your Enviro Brush product is not damaged, returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with a provided order number, and must be unused and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact us at sales@envirobrush.com to request a return or exchange.

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. Depending on your bank, it may take as little as 24 hrs or up to 7 days for charges to reflect on your credit card statements.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all major credit cards.

We also accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay and PayPal
